Cakes by Zee: Baking More, Typing Less

Our Client’s Dilemma:

Before we met Zee, she was living in what we like to call “WhatsApp chaos.” Her cakes were gorgeous, but between oven timers and buttercream icing, her phone never stopped buzzing. Every five minutes:
“Hi, how much is a red velvet?”

“Where are you based?”

“Vha ya ita zwikontsi zwa munyanya nah?”

“Can I get it tomorrow? Namusi azwi nga iti.”

“Aa, vha ya tenda tshikolodo naa?”

She’d burn hours she should’ve spent baking, answering the same questions again and again. No time to rest, no space to grow.

We didn’t build Zee a website — not yet. What she needed first was structure. So, we set her up with a dual-language WhatsApp Business account (English and Tshivenda) complete with instant greetings, auto-responses, and a visual product catalogue. Now, customers get the info they need while Zee sleeps, saving Zee time and energy.

Lesson:

Zee wakes up to confirmed orders and payment notifications instead of endless messages. All she does now is bake, collect, and deliver.

Our Take:

Automation doesn’t replace small-business passion — it protects it. At Click2Me, we help people like Zee turn their DMs into real-time business systems that work even when they’re off-line. Because your phone shouldn’t control your business: you should.
