Lukoto Water Solutions: When Flyers Meet Strategy

Our Client Dilemma:

When we met N, founder of Lukoto Water Solutions, she had what we love to call “Canva confidence.” Every flyer, every poster, and every business card was beautifully designed. But her question was always the same: “Why isn’t it bringing any customers?”

Her business sells borehole maintenance and water purification systems, vital stuff for local farmers. But her customers weren’t online much. They lived on the land, not on LinkedIn. Flyers worked better for them than boosted Facebook posts.

Still, something was missing. She was designing — not strategising.

So, we sat with her and built a plan: clear brand message, strong visuals, and consistent contact points. We used Canva, yes. But with a system. The flyers were redesigned with her WhatsApp Business number and a short link to her digital catalogue for those who were online.

Lesson:

Design isn’t just about how it looks — it’s about where it lands. N’s new flyers didn’t just decorate noticeboards; they directed farmers straight to her phone.

Our Take:

At Click2Me, we know Canva’s not the villain, confusion is. A clean design backed by brand thinking turns offline marketing into online traction. N didn’t need a fancy website (yet); she needed a bridge between print and digital. A way to meet her customers where they were and still look like a brand that belongs everywhere.

That’s the difference between design and strategy: one decorates, the other converts into clients.
